Free click & collect
Collect your order in store. Please allow approx. 1-2 working days. Please wait to receive an "Available for pick-up" email before collecting your order. Any orders not collected after 7 working days will automatically be refunded via the original payment method. Exclusions & conditions
Larger and/or fragile plants are available for click & collect or local delivery (within Reading) only. Please see item listings for any exclusions.
If you are local to Reading we will usually hand deliver your order, regardless of size.
Local, hand delivered orders are contact-free. If you are unable to answer the door, we will leave your purchase on your doorstep. Any purchases left at your doorstep are your responsibility. Midrib may take a discrete photograph as proof of delivery. If we are unable to leave your order in an appropriate place, it will be returned to store for collection – only one hand delivery attempt will be made.
