Returns & refunds
Plants are living, perishable things. Because of this – our plants, flowers, bulbs and seeds are non-returnable. However our customers are very important to us and so we will do all we can to rectify any problems. In the unlikely event you aren't happy with your plant purchase, please get in contact: hello@midribplants.com

*Please check any exclusions to the above on individual item pages (for example: Gift Certificates, Plant Rescue Boxes or Sale Bags).

Midrib's Grow Guarantee
While we can guarantee that your plant will grow (however fast or slow), we can't guarantee that your plant will thrive! This is in your loving hands. Midrib is not responsible for the results of incorrect plant care or advice, unfavourable environmental conditions or nature's unexpected tricks!
Equally, we can't guarantee that bulbs, seeds or rhizomes will germinate. This is out of our control and part of the fun and experimentation of indoor gardening.
Good to know: dimensions, variegation, care, toxicity
We have taken care to measure and describe the plants as best we can. Plants both grow and shed leaves, and so measurements may vary from those described. Plants are supplied in plastic nursery pots as standard, unless otherwise indicated. Images illustrate plant types; therefore you may find there is variation in the size, style or colour of nursery pots.
Variegated plants have become highly sought after, please be aware that the level and dispersal of variegation will vary with each plant, and that variegation can change over time.
Plant care guides are available on each plant page; however we always recommend researching your plant purchase. This is especially important if you have pets or young children, as some plants may be harmful if eaten, or may cause skin irritation.
We have indicated plants which are considered non-toxic in our 'Pet Friendly' category. However, we strongly recommend that you use this category as a guide only and that you should conduct your own research into the suitability of plants for your own home, pets, and family.
